PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION. If you encounter difficulties with the registration process please email registrations@dundasfsc.ca.
All registrations will be completed via Uplifter. When clicking on the registration link you will be redirected to the DFSC Uplifter secure registration page. Please follow these steps in order to register for programs. Check our “Schedule” link (under the Registration tab) to see when programs will be running.
- Click on the “Register Here” link below, which will redirect you to the Club’s Uplifter site.
- Log in to your existing Uplifter account. Please ensure you use the same account each season to avoid creating duplicate member accounts. If you are new to the Club you will need to create a member account by following the step-by-step instructions provided below.
- Choose your program.
- Choose participant to be added to the program and click “Add”. (Please note that participants must be added one at a time.)
- The registration should now be in your shopping cart (at the top right corner of the screen). You can now add additional participants and registrations as needed.
- When all registrations have been added you will be taken through the secure checkout process.
If you are new to the Club you will need to create an Uplifter account. Note that the member creating the account must be an adult and that the adult’s birthdate must be entered in order to sign the waivers and complete the checkout process.
- Create an Uplifter account by following the step-by-step instructions on the Uplifter registration page.
- Add participant(s) to your account. Participants can be created under your “My Account” tab or by clicking on the “Register” button of the program you wish to register for and choosing “Add New Participant”. Programs can be filtered by Category (CanSkate, Parent & Tot/PreCanSkate, Advanced CanSkate, STARSkate or PowerSkate).
- Follow steps 4 to 7 above..
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- When registering for the first time each season the Skate Canada fee of $58.70 will be applied to each participant at checkout. This insurance will be valid from Sept 1 2023-Aug 31 2024 and is non-refundable.
- A fundraising fee of $40.00 is charged once per family per year, which provides a Skate Ontario Lottery Book to each family. More details will be provided upon distribution of the books. A portion of the cost of the ticket book is retained by the Club from Skate Ontario and goes towards programming costs.
- Registration payments will be billed as “Bambora” on your credit card statement. If you have issues or questions regarding the registration process please contact registrations@dundasfsc.ca.
- Please note that any refunds issued may be subject to an administration fee. Please see our “Refund Policy” to more details (to be posted shortly).
- If you require an alternate form of payment please email “registrations@dundasfsc.ca” for arrangements to be made.
PARENT & TOT REGISTRANTS When registering for our Parent & Tot program it will be necessary to register twice – once for the Tot (Parent & Tot-Tot) and once for the Parent/Guardian (Parent & Tot-Parent). The parent/guardian will need to pay the Skate Canada fee but will not be charged a program fee. Please note that parents/guardians must be capable skaters.
STARSKATE REGISTRANTS For all STARSkate registrations a Base Fee will be applied for the Winter/Spring 2024 session. This fee will only be applied once per participant.
